Who are we ?

A united team of consultants, coaches and senior bicultural trainers (all of us being experts for at least 10 years in the appropriate country) on the 28 countries & cultures that we cover on 4 continents. The team has grown relentlessly in the past years.
Consultant and trainer of the team are not only experienced in terms of international business, but are also enlightened to the psychology of company (a majority of them are accredited to the coaching of leaders). Our stakeholders are not “multiple-card” trainers to the intercultural matters but work exclusively with us, with the tools and the pedagogy that we have developed.
All of them share a taste and an ease for adventure and are united around the value of our values and our nomadic spirit.

Crossroads was created in 2003 by Christel Paris-Bicking, who is bicultural in French German. She worked for more than 10 years as manager and consultant in the domain of acquisitions and mergers international HR management.
She has long been fascinated outside of her work by the discovery of others and particularly by nomadic cultures. She wished to federate this personal interest to the latest research in neuro-psychology and management with the goal to train managers to be sensitive to others, to manage diversity, and who wish to distance themselves from standard dogmas of company development.
For this she surrounded herself other authentic Bicultural trainers and combined the support of the best researchers and stakeholders in pedagogy, sociology, psychology, neurology, and anthropology.

Graduate of Sup de Co Bordeaux, of a Master in Marketing & Management international and a training to coaching , she’s equally an associate teacher to EM Business School – Lyon and in many High schools in France and Overseas.

The organisation has 2 central units based in Lyon which coordinate,
network, research, and deal with the logistics for all countries concerned
in Europe, Asia, Africa, America. …. They have a permanent link with :

our representatives in Paris
our office and partners for the development of our activities (office of Tunis, Alger, Dublin, Shanghai, Milan, etc…)
our partner for the logistics of outdoor seminars (Frankfurt/Germany)
our research partners in neuroscience and human sciences (University of Chicago, etc)

Faithful to our value of welcoming different cultures in the “Tuaregs manner” our head office is open to every visitor and offers a spacious, convivial and warm environment in which one come to exchange and work as partners rather than customers.

With our partner Tour Extrem, we also have use of our own seminar center in “les Vosges” which offers seminar rooms, saunas, and ceremonial Indian sites, and playing areas for outdoors activities. All this in the middle of a preserved forest with a charming hostel.
All of this has been developed with the greatest respect for the environment.
